1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and fly999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://fly999.cam and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing bets through the fly999 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fly999 platform and close any existing account.

fly999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the provisions set out in Section 15 (Amendments) of this document. Your continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fly999 website accessible at https://fly999.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and associated digital services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Funds" means the MYR-denominated balance held within a User's Account, comprising deposits made and winnings credited, less any withdrawals or losses incurred.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by fly999 prior to the processing of any withdrawals from a User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on fly999, all of the following eligibility conditions must be met and must remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age. fly999 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. Minors and persons under legal guardianship are not permitted to register.
3. Single Account Policy. You may hold only one active Account on fly999 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
4. Accurate Registration Information. All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account information should any details change.
5. Not Self-Excluded. You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from the fly999 Platform or be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement or exclusion order.

4 Account Registration & Security

Upon successful registration, fly999 will create a personal Account for you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity conducted through your Account whether authorised by you or not.

4.1 KYC Verification

fly999 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a live selfie holding your identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

• You must not disclose your Account password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify fly999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• fly999 will never request your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.
• You acknowledge that fly999 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5 Deposits & Payments

All funds deposited into and withdrawn from a fly999 Account are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fly999 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; please refer to the deposit page for current minimums.
• Deposits must be funded from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• fly999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds will typically be credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transaction, subject to payment provider processing times.

5.2 Payment Verification

fly999 reserves the right to request additional verification of any deposit at its sole discretion, including documentation confirming the source of funds. This may be required in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and internal risk management procedures.

6 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available Account balances subject to the following conditions being met in full prior to processing:

• KYC identity verification has been successfully completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any active or previously claimed bonuses have been fully satisfied.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily or weekly withdrawal limits applicable to your Account tier.
• Your Account is in good standing and is not subject to any active investigation, freeze, or dispute.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment instrument registered exclusively in your own name.

fly999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, fly999 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fly999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other incentive programmes to eligible Account holders. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• fly999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds will be applied to your Account balance in accordance with the bonus structure specified for each individual promotion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, fly999's decision shall be final and binding.
• Bonuses are strictly for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a financial entitlement.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotional terms — including the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and the permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fly999 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Where specific game or event rules differ from these general provisions, the specific rules will take precedence.

• All bets are final once confirmed. fly999 does not accept bet cancellations after a wager has been placed and accepted by the system.
• fly999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake.
• In the event of a game or sporting event being suspended, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that game type or market.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per market category apply. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• fly999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason for doing so.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using Bonus Funds may be subject to maximum cashout caps as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fly999 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or defraud the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software tool to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or introduce malicious code into any part of the fly999 Platform.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
• Impersonating another person or submitting false or fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward fly999 staff, agents, or other Platform users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, graphics, software, databases, source code, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the fly999 Platform are the exclusive property of fly999 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of fly999.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fly999 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the fly999 Platform or any part thereof;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to technical issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or misuse of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any third-party content, services, or products linked to or accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fly999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gambling

fly999 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment conducted within reasonable limits and never used as a means of financial recovery or income generation. In support of this commitment, fly999 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure;
• At the User's own written request.

In the event of Account closure, fly999 will return any verifiable, legitimate funds held in the Account balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) after completing all applicable verification and compliance checks.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you will no longer be permitted to access the Platform using your former credentials.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the fly999 Platform, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team via live chat or the contact details provided in Section 17 of these Terms. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal support process within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter to our formal complaints department by submitting a written description of your dispute, including all relevant transaction records, account details (excluding passwords), and supporting documentation. We will issue a formal written response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.

fly999's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus interpretation shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Where a manifest error is acknowledged, fly999 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or transaction and credit any applicable refund.

15 Amendments to These Terms

fly999 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of Users — fly999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of the change via email or a prominent Platform notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fly999 holds its applicable gaming operating licence. Users accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or tribunals of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent fly999 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
